We offer Silicone Hoses. Our standard Silicone hoses have 3 plies of Polyester reinforcement till hoses of Internal Diameter of 60mm. For larger diameters, we use 4 plies of the same reinforcement to provide better pressure resistance. Our hoses undergo extensive physical, chemical, and biological testing to perfectly match industry needs. Temperature The operating temperature range is from -60ºC to +180ºC, although there are no problems with peak temperatures of +200ºC for short periods of time.

We are offering silicon rubber hoses. Silicone is a versatile material for manufacturing hoses. It has many useful features like high and low temperature resistances, chemical resistance, air resistances and also resistance from corrosion caused by various fluids. Silicone rubber is also a preferred material for turbo charger hoses. It finds usage in air conditioning applications for cooling and heating in both automobiles and non-automobiles applications . Silicones hoses are made in various shapes and sizes as per customer requirements .these hoses can be lined with fluro- elastomers such as viton and flurosilicone for improving their life in various corrosive fluid applications. Asri started manufacturing of both moulded and built up hoses from silicone rubber more than 15 years ago. Currently their hoses find applications with all the major oem’s in india and abroad silicone hoses manufactured by asri are exported to all the major european countries.

We offer Diaphragms. Diaphragms are critical rubber components meant to partition a compartment with different pressures and fluids. The elastomer that is chosen has to be carefully selected keeping the compatibility with the fluid in mind. Different fabrics are chosen keeping the pressure and temperature requirements in control. ASRI makes diaphragms from a variety of polymers and elastomers.

We are offering o rings for both static and dynamic sealing applications 'o’ rings made from different types of polymers and elastomers play a vital role. Asri have been making high quality ‘o’ rings for the last 40 years. Different fluids require different polymers and elastomers for compatibility. We offer NBC gloves. NBC gloves as the name suggests are designed to protect a person during a nuclear biological and chemical attack. There is hardly any material known to help mankind survive a nuclear attack. However to survive in this environment for short duration could be of critical consideration .Thus, head to toe coverings have been designed to survive, if only for a few hours. The gloves are basically made of impermeable compounded butyl rubber .The tricky part is that one who wears it must be protected completely for the duration of the time he is to work in the environment and secondly it has to allow him to work. So a critical balance of properties has to be maintained . ASRI has conducted a detailed research on the compound and its processing parameters for making both injection and compression moulded NBC gloves. It has the knowledge for the type of moulds and machinery required for it. Successful trial runs have been made and now it is capable of handling the production of these very critical NBC gloves

We offer Flexible suction hoses. A flexible suction hose is a necceasary requirement in many application where there is inherent vibration and there is suction pressure. Rubber hoses can absorb vibrations and these have to be reinforced adequately to with stand the negative pressure created by the suctioning process. In many applications , steel wire is inserted at a regular pitch in the hose to withstand the vaccum pressure ASRI has built up expertise to make the highest quality flexible suction hose for various applications .These hoses are supplied to the biggest OEM’s in our country

We offer Brass Rubber Bonded Seals. In various applications rubber is bonded to brass for sealing, cushioning and abrasion resistance requirements. It is the rubber that bears the brunt of sealing ,cushioning and abrasion resistance whereas the brass acts as the bearing surface of the rubber .The typical example of this application is in brake seals for railway brake systems. The most suitable rubber for this application is Nitrile rubber. This is because of its greater resistance to oil, heat and abrasion, which is inherent in the operation. ASRI manufactures full range of brass-rubber bonded seals which are used by the railways. The seals are guaranteed for high working life. ASRI also manufactures other rubber to metal bonded seals inclusive of Silicone, Viton, Polychloroprene Natural etc. Metals could be aluminium, steel of different types besides brass.

We offer Bellows. Rubber bellows play an important role in automobiles and other equipments in keeping dynamic mechanisms free from dust and other contaminants. Most of the situations require greasing and oiling of the mechanism parts. Hence the chosen rubber has to be oil resistant. The other attack on the component is normally environmental like heat, ozone and oxygen. This in conjunction with extreme flex cracking properties make up the properties of the rubber required for making a good bellow. ASRI a TS 16949 Company has been manufacturing bellows including very complex bellows for a long time now. In fact ASRI has designed and developed bellows for a large variety of vehicles with very stringent specifications. Currently ASRI is manufacturing and exporting high quality bellows both for the domestic market as also for exports to Europe, Australia, Africa and America.

We offer Anti-vibration Mountings. Anti-vibrations mountings are designed to absorb shocks in automobiles engines and other systems which requires protections from damage due to vibrations. Rubber absorbs the vibrations like no other materials known to mankind. Many A. V. Mountings have to be bonded to steel or other metals to be able to fit in equipments to do their jobs . Though the better known rubber for shock absorption is butyl rubber, in India it is natural that is mostly used for this purpose because of the price advantage. However natural rubber is mechanically a very strong rubber. Many mountings are also made from nitrile or Neoprene for oil resistance or oil plus heat applications. ASRI have been manufacturing A. V. Mountings for the last four decades which have proved their worth in outlasting other A. V. Mountings. ASRI has been exporting this products to Europe and USA. ASRI has good working knowledge of various rubbers and this helps them to design better A. V. Mountings.

We offer Smooth Finish Epdm Hoses. EPDM has become a preferred material for various types of hoses in automotive applications .The customers normally prefer a hose with smooth finish and this can be achieved if the pressure requirements from the hose are not very high. At ASRI , we have developed smooth finished EPDM hoses and are exporting these in good quantities to Europe ,USA and Middle East. The critical feature of these hoses is the selection of material for maximum life and the manufacturing technique for mass productions economically

We are offering cylinder head cover gaskets. Many new models of automobiles have entered the market and vanished within a short time. The most common complaint from the buyers had been that there was leakage of oil from the cylinder head. At asri this phenomenon was studied in depth and gaskets designed which prevented such leakages entirely. The critical features of such gaskets are the sealing humps and the proper selection of materials for the gasket. Asri designed and manufactured cylinder head cover gaskets are working in various models of automobiles ceaselessly.
