The ‘DuaI Pack' is a unique model, specifically designed with a large furnace and grate area for the optimum combustion of fibrous and bulky Agricultural Waste fuels such as Rice Husk, Baggase, Ground Nut Shell, Maize Stem, Coconut, Coffee Shells and any other combustible wastes. By virtue of its design the ‘DuaI Pack' Boiler reduces fuel and maintenance cost to such an extent that it would prove to be a beneficial investment in the long run. The ‘Dual Pack' has been designed with a combination of Smoke tube and Water tube concepts. The boiler has a Water Cooled External Furnace with an exceptionally large grate area and furnace volume so as to ensure complete combustion of fuel and generate maximum energy. The combustion gases generated inside the furnace are then passed through a strategically positioned section of smoke tubes which are divided in two passes so as to enhance maximum heat absorption to generate Steam. The Boiler requires a very less quantity of refractory lining, hence eliminating refractory maintenance to a very large extent and minimizing heat losses due to radiation from refractory linings.
