As discussed today, pl. Find attached brochure of thermatek colored heat reflective paint. Now we can provide exterior paint in colors with sri > 80. We can offer warranty of 7 years for walls (exterior)
our new white paint is having sri 106. So we can extend more cooling effect to the end users. The reduction in peak heat surface temperature of roof-top will be 20 deg c as against 17 deg c earlier. This additional benefit is at no extra cost.

function - it reflects uv & ir from sun & keeps the roof cool by @17 deg c compared to normal concrete roof. (this difference is during peak heat time. Outside temp. 40 deg c+ & in the afternoon 2pm) once the roof remain cool, heat in-grace inside the building is negligible. so occupants feel comfortable without air conditioner also.
