Inner Layer made up of fire proof Bricks a layer of fire proof blanket with a heat resistance of 1260°C.
Inner lead pot made up of 10 mm thickness MS Sheet for heavy duty.
6 heaters are provided each of 1.5 kw.
Electrical - Separate control panel is provide to the furnace all electrical items are brands make like L&T, Schneider, TC, etc. are fixed in the main control panel. DTC is used for temperature control for easy monitoring of heat which has auto cut off feature up to 999°C limit. AMP meters to check Electric flow thermostat.
