We are offering welding electrode making machine. This is an automatic inline electrodes extruder machine. In this machine the cut wire & the flux move in the same direction to produce coated electrodes. The capacity of this machine is 800 pieces of 3.15mm diameter x 350mm long electrodes. Wire diameters of 1.6mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3.15mm, 4mm & 5mm can be extruded in the machine. The length of wires will be 350mm, 400mm & 450mm. Due to its front gate opening easily with the turn of 22.5 degrees, this machine can be cleaned very fast. So, it becomes most suitable to produce smaller batches of expensive electrodes, where sometimes in one shift the machine needs to produce more than 3 types of electrodes. The machine will be supplied with one brushing conveyor, one planetary wet mixer & one hydraulic slug press. We can also provide complete know-how for producing welding electrodes & assist the customers in sourcing drying oven, lab equipment etc.
