Adequately strong enough machine having high torque reduction gear box with motor to cut rejected EPS scrap in two stages and convert it into small pieces like beads which can be used for EPS blocks as well as EPS shape moulded packaging. Dust separator and dust collector unit with high capacity vacuum blowers separate the dust and small particles from the beads and collected into dust collector.
