Fleet deals with mounted assemblies only - reducing fleet in house labor cost and injury exposure for their employees. Removed tires are graded, inspected & retreaded - future utilization is determined from a fleet approved plan based on current and future needs placing the assets where they have the biggest impact on cost. Casing, retread & new tire inventory - inventories are managed away from the fleet location and are delivered on a "just in time basis" to reduce storage requirements, increase security and provide consistent tracking and accountability. Tracking tire performance & tire costs - by handling all tires as they come out of service performance data is captured and accurate cost information is provided.
