Our new L-BV7 liquid ring pumps are high-powered and multitalented machines which save space and up to 50 % in operating liquids. They can easily convey eight times the quantity of liquid. The monoblock construction of the L-BV7/L-BV2 far surpasses conventional modular pumps and is particularly suited for use in the plastics and medical industries. The robustness and reliability is unparalleled in operation. The machines are available in various combinations of materials such as stainless steel, bronze, ceramic and cast iron with ceramic coating. This enables them to be tailored to the respective operating requirements and thus provides long-term resistance to erosion and corrosion. The entire L-BV range shines with quality: reinforced stainless steel shafts in the pump section and roller bearings with additional lubricant reservoir provide safe and maintenance-free operation even under heavy loads.

Rotary lobe blowers used to increase the capacity of the primary vacuum pumps when operating at their minimum suction pressure (as a booster).
The RBSAV blowers must be used in series with a primary vacuum system ( VP ) and for pressures lower than 50 mbar absolute. the sealing between compression chamber and environment is ensured by O-rings seals, set between ground surfaces. The shaft end sealing is made by two seal rings in VITON with opposite lips lubricated by means of a fitted on oiler. The oil ring housing can be cooled by water circulation.

Rotary Lobe Blower (RBS/AV)
Rotary lobe blowers used to increase the capacity of the primary vacuum pumps when operating at their minimum suction pressure (as a booster). The RBS/AV blowers must be used in series with a primary vacuum system ( VP ) and for pressures lower than 50 mbar absolute. The main characteristics of these blowers are as follows:- two conjugate rotors which rotate inside a special design casing with tight clearances in all position, assuring gas sealing without contact between parts- the labyrinth seals avoid the atomized oil to enter into the compression chamber.- the sealing between compression chamber and environment is ensured by O-rings seals, set between ground surfaces.- The shaft end sealing is made by two seal rings in VITON with opposite lips lubricated by means of a fitted on oiler. The oil ring housing can be cooled by water circulation.- the shaft is protected by an hardened replaceable sleeve.- Suction of gases and vapours;- No sliding parts, therefore no wear;- Safe operation and minimum maintenance; Robuschi can supply primary vacuum systems consisting of liquid vacuum pumps with deliveries up to 4,200 m³/h.

Robox Evolution ES 5
ROBOX evolution is an integrated compression unit designed to convey gas at low pressure, based on the RBS lobe positive displacement rotary lobe blower, operated by an electric motor through a special belt drive, including all accessories and noise enclosure. These characteristics reduce: system costs thanks to the optimisation of space; running costs thanks to the low energy consumption and to the exclusion of all standstill risks ensured by the innovative electronic control system SENTINEL; maintenance costs thanks to the easy access to all parts for normal service operations.
Silent Operation : The emitted sound level is in fact 7 dB(A) lower than the previous series, in all operating conditions.
Simple Inspection : all the maintenance operations are performed from the front with the removal of the front panel or panels and/or the opening of the upper panel.
Monitored Operation : ROBOX evolution is ready-to-fit the exclusive SENTINEL electronic monitoring system.
Compact : it has reduced dimensions and limited overall sizes. For this reason several ROBOX evolution can be placed side by side thereby significantly reducing the space they require and therefore the dimensions of the blower room.

Grundfos TP and TPE vertical in-line pumps are used in a variety of applications. The pumps are all single-stage,in-line centrifugal pumps with standard motors and mechanical shaft seals. The pumps are of the close-coupled type,i.e. pump and motor are separate units. Consequently, the pumps are less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquidthan similar pumps of the canned rotor type.
Two different models of vertical in-line pumps are available. Please note that there are a number of specific productvariants available for each model. Detailed information on these variants can be found in Grundfos WebCAPS.TP pump model is notable for its high levels of reliability and efficiency. Quiet, highly-efficient IE3 motors are standard components. All TP pumps are electro-coated to ensure high corrosion resistance. The main difference between TP and TPE pumps is the motor. TPE motors have a built-in frequency converter, allowing different control methods to be employed. TPE pumps offer benefits with respect to energy savings and increased comfort.

Overview
The horizontal multistage pump CM (=Centrifugal Modular) has been created with compactness and modularity as two of its central features, making numerous configurations possible. The pump is basically composed of a series of interchangeable modules, all of which have been designed to work together seamlessly, no matter what the application.
The pumps are of the close-coupled type.
The difference between the CM and the CME pump ranges is the motor. CM pumps are fitted with mains-operated motors, whereas the motors for CME pumps have an integrated frequency converter.
Both CM and CME pumps have mechanical shaft seals.
The CM and CME pumps are available in cast iron or stainless steel (AISI 304/DIN 1.4301 stainless steel, which is for water and non-corrosive liquids, and AISI 316/DIN 1.4401 stainless steel, which offers a high degree of corrosion protection against aggressive liquids).
Applications
The CM or CME pump is a multi purpose pump for both industry and water boosting in general.
It is compact, noiseless, reliable and flexible, and this make it an optimal solution for installation and interaction with other components in small and large systems or as a stand-alone pump.
Features and benefit
Compact design
Modular construction/customised solutions
Worldwide usage
High reliability
Service-friendly
Wide performance range
Low noise level
High-performance hydraulics
Electro-coated cast-iron parts
Customised solutions
Grundfos motor
