Self-lubricating bearings in the Oiles Techmet line are made up of three layers: special plastic layers, sintered bronze layers, and back metals.
Lubrication is not required for service. With a thin, lightweight, and compact design, it has exceptional dimensional stability, mechanical strength, and thermal conductivity.
When the inner diameter is machined, the plastic layers contain machining allowance, allowing for excellent dimensional precision.
Under high-speed conditions, demonstrates a steady low coefficient of friction and good wear resistance. Standard items are available in a variety of sizes and can be ordered.
