Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate is commonly known as Zinc Sulphate (ZnS04 H2O). Zinc Sulphate is a prime nutrient for plants. This micro-nutrient is primarily used in maintaining normal health and increased yields; The Zinc Sulphate is applied directly to the crops. It is also blended with other Fertilizers like SSP GSSP etc. as it is required by plants in small quantity. Raw Material: Molasses is the primary raw material for baker's yeast production. It supplies all the sugar that yeast needs for growth and energy along with part of the needed nitrogen. Baker's yeast begins as a culture of the desired strain, which is inoculated from a small vial. It is transferred into a larger vessel, then through several fermentation stages of increasing volume. The larger-scale fermentations take place in large Fomenters that are equipped for aeration, cooling, incremental molasses feeding, pH control, and anti-foam addition. Yeast broth from the fermenter is separated of about 18 percent solids and washed with water. Cream yeast is this liquid yeast that is cooled. To make compressed (granular and cake) yeast, cream yeast is passed through a filter, which removes water and increases the solids concentration to about 30 percent. This yeast is then fed to a Fluidized Bed dryer to obtain Granular form Active Dry Yeast.

Thin film or wiped film evaporators are used to separate a mixture of liquids having different boiling points. It is also used to increase the concentration of liquids.The liquid feed is distributed on the heated wall of the evaporator to form a uniform thin film with the help of suitable configuration of blades. The volatile component or the component with lower boiling point gets evaporated and is vacuumed out of the evaporator, while the component with higher boiling point flows down the wall and is collected at the bottom. The vapours are passed through a condenser and collected separately.

Steam Tube Bundle Dryers are based on the conduction mode for drying. The product to be heated and dried only contacts steamheated tubes, In Rotary Tube Bundle Dryer the Tube Bundle is rotated inside the stationary insulated housing. Steam is passed though one end of Tube Bundle for drying and condensate is removed from the other end.Wet feed Material to be dried is fed into the stationary dryer housing from Feed Nozzle at one end.

Millions of tones of tomatoes are grown each year and pass to the user in various forms like paste, ketchup, powder etc. Fresh ripe tomatoes are conveyed to washing vat and after washing the tomato are sorted on sorting section. The bad tomatoes are separated and further are broken. There are two methods of doing this namely "hot break" and "cold break". In hot break process, the tomatoes are quickly preheated before breaking, where as in cold break the tomatoes are broken at room temperature and kept in holding tank for some time. The skin and seeds are carefully removed and are refined. The juice is then concentrated with the help of evaporator. Further the concentrated pulp has converted to variety of the product like ketchup, puree or paste as per requirement.

Thermal Desorption Unit The dryer is provided with external jacket through which hot air generated in hot air generator is passed to heat the material at design temperature. The flue gas coming out from the dryer jacket is recycled back to hot air generator.

Sweetened Condensed milk is basically concentrated milk with added sugars. The high sugar concentration in sweetened condensed milk destroys majority of micro - organism. It can be made either from whole milk or skim milk. Normally it contains 8% Fat, 45% Sugar, 20% SNF and 28% Moisture and is packed in tins or in barrels for industrial use.

Rotary Vacuum Dryer consists of cylindrical jacketed vessel with a central agitator having specially designed blades. In Rotary Vacuum Dryers the indirect heating is achieved by circulating hot water, Thermic oil or steam through the jacket. The agitator design is optimized so as to bring every particle in contact with the heated surface while rotating. This helps to achieve uniform temperature throughout the batch thereby preventing the re-condensation inside the drying chamber since there are no cold spots, and contributes to rapid drying speed and eliminates caking. A high vacuum is maintained, while the material is in motion permitting the drawing off of moisture or vapour under desired conditions.

Rotary dryers are used for drying wet powders and cakes, which are easily breakable and dispersible. The rotary dryer consists of a rotating drum with angle lifting blades which lift the feed as the drum rotates and showers it in the stream of hot air flowing through the drum.
