S.M.Auto supplies HDPE Mudguard to renowned OEMs and Body builders in India. Performance and durability wise HDPE Mud Guard is stronger but lighter than the conventional sheet metal Mud guard.S.M.Auto also delivers the HDPE mudguard and Spray Suppression Assemblies to OEM’s and Body Builders for direct fitment onto the vehicle.

S.M.Auto possess expertise in two-wheeler chassis manufacturing using robotic welding line.

S.M.Auto designs, tests and manufactures heat transfer solutions in the form of Radiators, Charge Air Coolers and Oil Coolers for automobiles, off-road applications, power generators and farming equipment. We currently cater to engines ranging from 10HP – 235HP.

S.M.Auto design, develop and manufacture all types of Hand Break Levers and Reverse Levers for applications in 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers and HCV.

S.M.Auto manufactures Engine support, Cross Members, Support Arms, Skid palette etc and all types of B & C class components for the automobile Industry.

S.M.Auto manufactures slitting type connecting rods for LCVs using conventional and special machining equipment.

S.M.Auto manufactures Charge Air Cooler/Inter Cooler for automobile, off-road applications, power generators and farming equipment. (10HP – 235HP).

S.M.Auto Has a dedicated body shop plant for assembling the C Class/E Class/ S Class and CSUV Body Sub Assemblies like Floorings and Engine Housing for Mercedes Benz India Pvt.Ltd. This activity involves use of state-of-the-art Spot Welding Guns (fully integrated with BOSCH controller "NIMAK"), Stud Welding Machines (Emhart Technology) and Stitch Revetting Guns (Gesipa). Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Spot-Checking Equipment (KrautKramer) is used for qualifying the critical spots.  

S.M.Auto has the ability to design, develop, test and manufacture Euro 3, Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 compliant cold-end and hot-end exhaust systems. These systems find application in passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and tractors.

S.M.Auto caters to the 2-wheeler exhaust market by developing and testing Silencer assemblies (Box and Cylindrical) for motorcycles and scooters ranging from 100cc – 1000cc.
