The Schrader standard valve core is a tiny precision item, which in combination with the valve housing has been an ace of standardization for years. All Schrader valve cores, long & short, are interchangeable in all standard valve housing in use throughout the world. These cores are manufactured to precision standards to meet varied operating conditions involving a wide range of pressures, temperatures, gases, chemicals etc.

An important element of the Valve Automation is the Valve which could be Butterfly Valve, Ball Valve or Plug Valve. The Butterfly valve range is from size 25mm to 500mm and Pn rating 2.540. Ball valves are of 150 Class to 600 Class, in size 25mm to 200mm. The material of construction & Seal will be as per requirement, depending on the medium. Designed for application on conventional tyres with inner tubes. All Schrader passenger car valves have full length metal insert, rubber covered except at the threaded end where the valve cap is applied. TR 13 valve are normally applied on rims with 11.506 mm (0.453") hole diameter but can adapted with Schrader 996 plastic bushing for application on 15.900 mm (0.626") diameter rim hole normally using TR 15 valves.

They have a spring lined braided cover for protection, a sealing core at the extension mouth, and attach to the valves itself(after the core is removed) by means of a Swivel-Lock nut connection

For application on scooter and trolley wheels and small diameter wheels on wheel barrows. The valves are normally supplied in straight form but can be converted to single bent form by using Schrader 8876 and 3633A valve converting tool to ensure accurate trouble-free bending.

For applications where extensions can be mounted in a straight line with valve. Full length plunger pin actuates core in existing valve. Hex nuts are included on extensions 127.000 mm (5.000") and longer. Fits on 12.243 mm-26 (0.482"-26) valve mouth threads.

Schrader push in fittings are made from Acetal resin moulded with nickel plated brass insert. It uses NBR (Nitrile) rubber "U" cup for creating leakproof joint with PU tube when it is inserted in to the push in fitting. The PU tube is locked inside the fitting by using S S lock claws with unique profile to prevent accidental release of PU tube. However the PU tube can be easily released when required, by pressing down on "release sleeve" with a finger and pulling the tube out without any tool. Schrader BSPT push in fittings are pre-coated with Teflon thread sealant while BSPP push in fittings are provided with face sealing "O" ring to create leak proof joint where push in fitting is fitted on.

Schrader 5/2 double poppet valves are unique range of  valves which are robust by design and are used in wide range of  applications for several decades. These poppet valves are designed to give long and trouble free service under the most arduous conditions. Poppet valves design is marked by high flow capacity, shorter switching distance giving it faster response time and self  cleaning properties. This is due to the fact that as the poppet shifts away from the face, the entire annular area between  the face and the poppet is available for air flow. The air flowing over the poppet seal carries  with it any dust or dirt particles, thus cleaning the seal. Hence poppet valves are suitable for use in dusty atmosphere and for high frequency operation. These poppet valves can be operated upto a cycle time of  500 cycles/min

Light weight and compact 32 poppet design.Plunger operated, roller operated and one way trip lever operated can be used as limit switch in machine tool application.Lock down lever operated and push button operated valves are useful for operating single acting actuators.
