IOGS Manufactures Integral blade and Sleeve Type Stabilizers. Integral Blade Stabilizers are manufactured from AISI 4145H Mod Alloy steel confirming to requirements of API Spec 7-1 / Customer requirements, either in String or Nearbit configuration. Blades are spiral milled as per required wrap angle and number of blades. Hardfacing is done as per Customer requirements . End Connections are machined in accordance to API Spec 7-2 , phosphated and protected with thread protectors.
