VEC Fat melting kettle specifically designed to melt blocks of fat and cocoa Butter. Fat Melting kettle is provided with removable heating grill for easy cleaning. VEC Fat melting kettle specially designed with series of tubes having hot water inside. These tubes are well connected with two hot water tanks. These tanks are inbuilt with immersion heaters. Electric controller maintains a heating according to adjusted value which is set by operator. Technical details & Specifications: VEC Fat melting kettle specifically designed to melt blocks of fat and Butter. MOC: Optional Complete SS. MS/SS. Melting kettle is specially designed for 6 butter blocks. Melting kettle is twin shell and isolated rectangular vessel with an impellor kind of agitator with 30 – 40 degrees angle from the side. The agitator driven by 0.5 HP geared motor the speed of 28 rpm. In built heating system provide with 3kw (1.5 x 2) heaters to ensure temperature of fat. Heating grill built with complete SS304. On top of tank heating grill pipes system fixed. The heating grill pipes well connected with both ends to the heating tanks. These 2 heating tanks are provided with immersion heaters each 2 kW. Electric controller maintains a heating according to adjusted value which is set by operator. The kettle is closed by top lid SS304. Kettle is provided with drain SS 304 valve. All electricals are Schneider. The fat storage tank will integrated with level sensor and pump of fat melting kettle.
