We do have special machine to polish eye let which help yarn to move smoothly from eye of the healds. This healds offer in simplex and duplex type. Finally nickel plating or zinc plating is made to surface finish which intact makes the heald look wise and finishing wise superior to ensure smooth movement of yarn from the eyelet. we also accept any type or size healds as per customer specific requirements.

We are offering narrow fabric healds also available from ss and cs material which is the best quality hardened & tempered strips with round edges. Entire narrow fabric healds are ensure burrs free for smoothness to avoid breakage of yarn while passing from eyelet which also made polish by entra care with the help spm machine. Finally nickel & zinc plating is done for intact effective manner. We do make this healds as per customer specific requirement on drawing and sample.

We are offering leno doup healds, teel leno heddles, doup leno healds, wire heddles, leno heddleshealds for leno weaving. Made from stainless steel c,j,o types and plastic j type for jacquard weaving.

We also provide the product as per your requirements and desired configuration. Drop wires are manufactured in closed and open type for mechanical and electrical warp stop motion.
