we, captain technocast pvt. Ltd. Is a leading manufacturer of investment casting (lost wax process) / pressure and gravity die cast. Our ultra modern plant is established during year of 2011 in shapar(verval) located at outskirt area of rajkot city (gujarat) india .
endowed with in-depth knowledge, innovative mind and 15 years' exposure to agricultural needs, he met with significant success. soon followed captain polyplast ltd. Doing business in domestic & international markets.

facilities in our plant
for achieving excellency in our mfg. Process and products, we have installed state-of-art of semi mechanism plant equipments and machineries , like inductotherm make medium frequency core less induction furnace( 250 kg & 150 kg crusible), volats make air conditioner with 30 ton capacity, semi auto & fully auto wax injection press and equipment for ceramic shell mfg., straighten hydraulic press.
we have laboratory department include physical testing instruments and chemical analysis by spectrometer (bruker german make) , and wet analysis .
We have precision and calibrated measuring equipment like vanier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge , surface plate, temperature controller, like wise.( list attached)
and our plant environ area is also prepared by attractive greenery & flowers.
