We are offering toilet soap making plant. Toilet soap is an oil based soap and used for bathing in whole over the world. The demand of this soap is very high at everywhere due to consumer item. Generally main raw material used for making toilet soap are palm oil or fatty acid, palm kernel or coconut oil or fatty acid, caustic soda, water, color, perfume, preservatives, additives etc. The process is started from soap saponification vessel. Oilsfats are fed by pump from storage tanks and the process is started. Required quantity of caustic lye (water) of required concentrated is added during the process. At the same time solution is heated (boiled) by using steam of steam boiler. After process of few hours, neat soap will be ready in saponification vessel which is transferred in to cooling moulds

“Jagdish” vacuum driers are built in series for different capacities. The process of vacuum drying is shown in the flow chart. The base soap resulting from saponification is pumped in to the drier continuously by speed regulation of the proportioning pump. The pumps are especially suited for viscous mediums and easy to maintain. The heat exchangers are designed for a proper heating steam pressure and a feeding temperature. They are reconciled to the special demands of soap drying where the evaporation of water already starts in the heat exchanger.

This is a ideal foot operated soap stamping machine where soap cakes are stamped. Soap stamping die (mould) (upper part and lower part) is fitted in the soap-stamping machine and both the parts (dies) movement up and down by rams. The cake comes from soap cutting machine is put between two dies and press a stroke of peddle and finally cake will be stamped and make your branded final soap which is now ready for packing. Generally all type of soap shapes are possible to stamp in this machine. We will supply a set of final soap moulds with this machine and that mould will be prepared according to your logo, brand name etc.

After cooling and drying of the same soap for few hours, the same soap is converted in soap chips by using soap chips making machine that is for fast and better drying. The dried chips are used for finishing of soap and that process is started from soap mixer machine where desired color, perfume preservatives, additives etc. are added. The mixed soap is then fed to the soap roller machine where it gets homogenized, finishing and final output soap in form of thin ribbon. The same thin ribbon is fed in to the duplex plodder machine which used for highest compression, finishing of soap and which produced final output of soap in bar form. Automatic soap bar cutting machine is kept next to duplex plodder outlet and which cut soap in bar form. The next process is cutting of soap bar in to cake (tablet) which will be with suitable size of soap stamping process. Then the soap stamping machine (automatic soap stamping machine in big capacity) is used to stamp final soap in tablet (cake) form.

This Machine is kept immediately after plodder machine and which is used to cut soap in to bar form. The bar coming continuously from the end mouth (mouth die), enter in to this machine and which cut the same bar in to fixed length. The next process of this bar is to cut in to tablet (cake) form.

We are offering shampoo transfer pump. This is specially designed pump made from stainless steel for transfer of finished shampoo from processing vessel to batch holding tank.

We are offering shampoo making reactor : this reactor has capability of the complete untouched process plant, is right from transfer of mixing of raw materials to delivery of finished product to shampoo holding tank by special pump. Reactor is re-burst constructed and designed for saving of precious batch processing time, lower maintenance cost etc. The entire plant is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper, thereby saving precious manpower costs. Reactor is made from stainless steel (where shampoo is touched) and with conical end. Reactor has a specially designed agitator which rotates by reduction gear box unit and electric motor.

The modern soap making uses a duplex vacuum plodder for the final refining, compacting & air free extrusion of a continuous bar especially in toilet soap. The plodder (extrusion machine) is a crucial piece of equipment in the entire soap plant. It plays a major role and gives a final shape in bar form to soap mass. In the first stage soap is compressed, refined and supplied to the vacuum chamber in shape of noodles. The soap is refined by means of a refiner worm press. In order to reach the refining effect, a refining sieve (screen) (perforated disc) is fitted at the outlet of machine. A noodle cutter is fitted very near to same disc which is used for cutting of soap noodles.

We are offering toilet soap noodles making machinery. In the evacuated spraying chamber the soap is cooled down to the boiling temperature of vapor corresponding to the vacuum and sprayed on the inside wall of the chamber by means of a rotating spraying shaft with spraying nozzle. The sprayed soap is removed from the inside wall of the chamber by scraping knives being fastened at the spraying shaft. In order to produce a perfect soap quality without over dried soap particles, the inner face of the spraying chamber is made exactly. Thus, a safe and maintenance-free removal of the dried soap is possible by means of springy scrapers. The vacuum-tight discharge of the soap out of the spraying chamber is effected by means of a noodle plodder. Driers for laundry soap usually discharge in form of a soap bar by means of a vacuum plodder. A control of the spraying chamber can be made through the above mounted sight glass with corresponding lighting

Why big potentiality of "small oil mills" at everywhere oilseeds such as groundnut (peanut), palm nut, coconut, sunflower, sesame, sheanut (karite), soybean, cottonseeds, rapeseed, mustard etc. Are grown in most of the countries of the world and hence it is easily available in every country. Most of oils of these oilseeds are the edible oils and as we know edible (cooking) oil is the primary requirement of human being. Our small oil mills produce the oil from the above oilseeds by mechanical crushing. As per our long experience and deep survey, at everywhere cooking oils producing industries (oil mills) are in the hand of some monopolized people only who can invest the big and giant investment in such business. On the other side 95% of people who have the small investment capacity and they are in search of small technologies and machineries. But due to the lack of small technology in their country they are disappointed

We are offering cooking oil refinery plant. What is oil refinery and refined cooking oil ? we know that the cooking oil is the primary requirement of the people and hence the production of cooking oils and fats is among the world’s oldest industries. Before one century the same oils were obtained by animal operated simple machineries. In this system there was not any purification facility of the oil. Then the expeller crushing system with filtration facility has developed which is still used at everywhere. It is called the mechanical extraction system through big oil mills or small oil mills. Still people are using such filtered cooking oils since very long time at everywhere. But as per the scientist views, (free fatty acids - ffa) and colors of filtered cooking oils are some times harmful to the human health. Moreover some taste and flavors are also undesirable. Hence to remove the ffa, colors, smell and taste from the cooking oils like cottonseed oil, soybean oil, palm fruit oil, palm nut oil, coconut oil, maize (corn) oil, mustards oil, peanut (groundnut oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil etc. Are refined in the refinery plant. Hence at present there is a big craze for refined oils only.
