In this era of Textile Technology being at its excellence peak it is essential that the accessories used in all the machines contribute to the best performance of the machines.  We at Kaipaa Plastics have always strived to be abreast with the state of the art design in the field of yarn carriers.  In line with our ideology we are pleased to launch our new range of  Energy Saving Tubes. These tubes are made from a combination of unique plastic raw materials which makes it possible to attain very high attributes like concentricity and least specification variation even with a very low wall thickness of 1.5 mm as against the normal wall thickness of 2.6 to 3.0 mm.  This lower wall thickness and also specific qualities of the raw material enables us to manufacture the tubes with a weight of 22  - 29 grms as against of 32 – 44 grms of Tubes.

Acetyl Bush, placed in a manner which helps flyer for easy centering and avoids obstacles for Bobbin Holder to go inside the bush. R/f tubes made of PC,PC Alloy, ABS, PA66. Eccentricity is much better than specified in International Standards. Ring tubes suitable for manual & auto doffing frames. Specially designed Micro grooves and straight grooves which results in smooth winding & un-winding of the yarn. Smooth winding results in less thick and thin places in the yarns and maintains equal tension in the yarn. Very less vibrations, results in reduction of the end breakages. Tube with various wall thickness like 1.2mm, to 4mm, depending on the customer’s requirement and yard counts.
