2. One 50mm Extruder for Rigid PVC Extrusion : Single screw extruder having helical speed reduction gear, 7.5kW(10HP) AC electric motor, AC frequency variable drive & 3 heating zones for Barrel heating.

a) Screw & Barrel : Made out from EN � 41B Nitride Steel and dully Nitrided.
b) Barrel Heating & Cooling : 3 Barrel Heating Zones with 2 Zones having Air Blowers.
c) Barrel Feed Zone Cooling : Water cooling jacket near feed zone with water inlet & outlet.
3. Control Panel : Common Heating Control Panel for Soft & Rigid Extruder having :--
a) 3 Temp. Controllers with Heater & Blower O / P for Soft Extruder.
b) 3 Temp. Controllers with Heater & Blower O / P for Rigid Extruder.
