Fabric sheets or phenollic cotton laminated sheets are manufactured by assembling sheets of impregnating cottonfabric using phenollic resin and pressed under specific temperature and pressure. These sheets have very high mechnical properties and widely used for making gears,washers and parts of machines with high mechanical strength. We have stock of 0.5mm to 100mm thickness sheets. It is available in 8'x4' and 4'x4' sheet size.

Natural (Light tan to brown) This grade is compared of a continuos cotton woven cloth impregnated linen and, like the canvas phenolic , is known for its mechanical properties. The finer weave allows for machining more intricate details Than canvas, like gear teeth. This garde is not recommended. For primary isulation. Our Grades are CPF 101 & CPF 102.

Later surface evaporates the liquid keeping the babies dry and happy. It is definitely a better alternative as compared to rubber sheet and plastic mats as they leave heat rashes on baby skin.
