We are counted amongst the leading Manufacturers and Suppliers of Digital Vibration Controller. It is a cutting-edge latest windows version of Vibration Controller providing flexibility to do controlled testing on both electro-dynamic and hydraulic type shakers by use of multi DSP technology intelligent board interfaced with standard PC. Details The user friendly Windows 7/8 environment of Digital Vibration Controller allows a quick and easy test set up, operation, monitoring and documentation. Vibration Controller is based on latest DSP technology, low noise hardware design, vibration control algorithms and data transmission protocols. High speed processors ensure the efficiency of real-time control system, with timely and rapid response to dynamic system changes. Thus, it guarantees high performance, powerful features and safety assurance. It also provides the test engineers with an easy-to-use application software package. While performance and versatility is good for research labs, easy operation and automation features make it excellent for industrial use also. The software of our Digital Vibration Controller offers a full range of application capabilities for vibration control and analysis including Sine, Random, Classical Shock, RSTD, Sine on Random, Random-on-Random, SRoR, SoS, External/Field data and Road Simulation, TTH SRS etc. Facility includes limiting and notching and Re-calibration software also . The user friendly Windows environment allows quick and easy test set up, operation, monitoring and documentation. An automatic log file is created for all the tests which stores information about the test mode, total test data, cumulative test duration, frequency, number of cycles, cumulative number of cycles, start and stop time etc.

We offer Digital COntrol Syste usefull for control laboratory experiment. In the present unit a second order transfer function, simulated with operational amplifiers and passive components, has been chosen as the process to be controlled. This results in a well behaved and near perfect linear process which gives a highly predictable performance. The digital controller consists of a 8085 based microprocessor kit with analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog interface. Software supplied with the system resides in a 8K EPROM. This consists of P, PI and PID algorithms in which the three gains may be selected out of 16 levels each. Further, the user may write his own programs to implement additional algorithms and study their responses. Highlights of the equipment: Digital Controller implementation on mP-kit Simple Op-amp based analog plant CRO display of response Design and test new algorithms Experiment: Identification of the controlled process Study of sampling period variation Designing P, PI, PD and PID controllers Advanced algorithms implementation Features and Specifications: Second order simulated process (analog process) Built-in D/A and A/D circuits (8-bit) 8085 based mP kit as digital controller with user software in 8K EPROM 16-bit arithmetic for algorithmic calculations. Square wave test input (internal) 16 built-in levels of P, I and D gains each. Complete flexibility for the user to develop own software IC regulated internal built-in power supplies Detailed literature and patch cords included Essential accessory - a CRO The experiment is complete in all respect.
