We receive tapioca root from farms and clean it hygienically in the water. After peeling, it is crushed to pass the milk powder retaining all fibers. The milk settles down in the tank for 3 to 8 hours, gradually the residual impurities come on the top of the tank and then it is drained out. When the milk settles it turns into the form of cake, globules are manufactured in very special and unique way on simple indigenous machines. Then globules are sized and filtered by sieve, roasted on hot plates, heated in steam. Sago pearls take globular shape and dried under sunlight occupying huge area.
