It ideally consists of a screw auger that rotates inside a pipe for vertical lifting or inside a u-shaped trough for horizontal conveyance of the material.
The screw auger can be imparted with a dumping hopper for intake of materials. The material can be released directly to the hammer mills or to the storage bin as the situation requires. The screw blades are made from high capacity press and have accurate dimensions. These are usually made from heavy 10 gauge ms sheets. These blades are capable of bearing reasonable amount of wear and tear to cope with the different types of materials it has to handle.
For easy cleaning of the screw augers, cleaning doors are provided at various locations. The screw conveyors are supported by superior quality bearings for smooth and easy operation as well as for low maintenance. Flange bearing is used at the top while robust taper cone bearing is used at the bottom of these screw conveyers.
One of the most prominent features of our screw conveyors is the precisely fabricated bearings as well as the use of the oil seal. The oil seal prevents entry of any foreign material from the inside of the screw conveyor into the bearing which in turn increases the life of the bearings. In case any adjustments need to be done, these can be done with the help of the balancing bolts provided in the screw auger.

Bucket Elevators are mainly used to transfer material from ground level to places at a height. It consists of a cotton or rubber belt that runs on one drive pulley located at the top while the other end is the driven pulley which is at the bottom inside a fabricated casing.
The belt is fitted with buckets at regular intervals which lift the material from the ground and empty them at higher levels. Each of the buckets provided in the pulley is meticulously emptied while in motion itself by a centrifugal action. The elevator is driven by the top pulleys by a speed reduction mechanism for which one can use either a gear box or a set of pulleys. In contrast the bottom pulley has a sliding mechanism that maintains proper tension and alignment in the belt. Both the top and bottom pulleys are insulate with rubber to avoid wear and tear of the belt during movement.
At the top of the elevator there is a platform provided for maintenance purposes. Both the pulleys are properly balanced for noiseless performance. The bottom and helmet of the elevator is done in 5mm thick heavy sheet while the casings come in 2 mm thick MS sheet.
