Glue making procedure--
• Take clean water as per ratio in glue making vessel.
• Start minimum 1 H.P 3 phase, high speed Electrical Motor (1440RPM) having Cowles blade. *
• Pour Fantastick Gum Powder slowly in water, keep stirring Continuously (Assure 100% material in glue making machine –without waste)
• Minimum 30 minutes stirring continuously.
• Check Viscosity Ford B4 –B6 CUP or Brookfield and assure as per COA.
Special Note ---- Please do not adjust viscosity by water after making glue.
