Fittings are most commonly used with pipes or flanges to direct, reduce or block flow of fluid inside pipe. Currently, we are manufacturing fittings as per ANSI B16.11. The different fitting we manufacturing are:
ElbowElbows are split into three groups, which define the distance over which they change direction; short radius elbow （SR elbow）, long radius elbow (LR elbow, customized radius elbow. Based on the angle change of the elbow direction, the elbows also are divided: 90 degree elbow, 45 degree elbow, 180 degree elbow (return elbow), elbows in any degree.
TeeThe pipe tee is a type of pipe fitting; it is t-shaped with two outlets, which are 90° direction change to the main line. Regarding the sizes of the main pipe and branch pipe, the tees are commonly divided to two kinds: equal tee and reducing tee also called unequal tee. The equal tee is manufactured with three same size outlets. The reducing tee is manufactured with the branch outlet smaller than the main pipe to obtain the desired flow and pressure in the piping system.
ReducerA pipe reducer is the component in the piping system to connect two pipes with different sizes. Here are two kinds of pipe reducer: concentric reducer and eccentric reducer. Concentric reducers are used to join pipe or tube sections on the same centreline. An eccentric reducer is manufactured with the smaller end and large end not in an axis, which allows the two ends align with one side. The eccentric reducers used to connect different sized pipes.
End Cap/Pipe Capit is used to block off the end of a piping system by placing the cap over the open pipe. it is commonly made from the steel plates. the pipe end caps are available in various shapes, like the hemispherical, oval, round etc
NippleA nipple is a short length of steel pipe, with male threads on the ends. It is one of the most popular used pipe fittings for connecting two pipes or fittings. Commonly based on the different ends, there are toe pipe nipple (thread one end), TBE pipe nipple (thread both ends), PBE pipe nipple (plain both ends), there are round pipe nipple, hex nipple and swage nipple(it has different sizes of two ends).
CouplingPipe coupling (pipe socket) is a kind of pipe fitting to joint two pipes or fittings, and the body is like a short pipe with a socket on one end or both ends. The connection methods could be thread. Commonly the coupling has two ends of female thread, it is the full coupling. If one end of a coupling is plain end, it is a half coupling.
Weldolet/ Sockolet/ ThredoletWeldolet is an economical butt-welds branch connection, is designed to minimize stress concentrations and provide integral reinforcement manufactured to meet specific reinforcement requirements. The weldolet and the sockolet both have a run end and a branch end. The run end connects to the larger diameter pipe, and the branch end connects to the smaller diameter pipe. The connection to the run pipe is a fillet weld for both the weldolet and the sockolet. They differ, however, at the connection to the branch pipe. The weldolet has a bevelled end to butt weld to the branch pipe (which will also have a bevelled end), whereas the sockolet has a socket into which a plain end branch pipe is inserted, then fillet welded together. Threedolet differ by threading like thread flange.
