Some of these services are detailed as below;\r\n\r\n(A): Product Sourcing and Inspection: Under this service we provide the following services:\r\n\r\nProduct Sourcing package\r\n1. Identifying viable supplier(s) based on quality, cost & delivery requirements/ specifications of the client.\r\n2. Conducting extensive research via phone, fax, email and internet to clarify the feasibility of each quote, as well as verifying company details, location, operating procedures and other important business details \r\n3. In depth, on-site inspections and verifications can be carried out for an additional cost, and is recommended for large purchases. \r\n4. Creating and issuing RFQ (Request for Quotation) or RFP (Request for Proposal) documentation to suppliers on the clients’ behalf.\r\n5. Negotiating the best pricing, lowest costs, and all other details with the supplier in relation to the client’s requirements/specifications.\r\n6. Transferring all quotes from suppliers, conforming to the client’s specifications, onto documents to be reviewed and approved by the client.\r\n7. Issuing and obtaining any necessary documentation required in the process of product sourcing, and/or facilitating a new business relationship between the client and the supplier. These documents may include, but are not limited to, Agency, Joint Venture and Confidentiality Agreements.\r\n8. Obtaining quality standard certificates, business certificates and other essential company certificates or certifications, if required.\r\n9. Providing payment assistance/advice to clients regarding the final purchase of products.\r\n Business verification and Company Credit Report: Under this we provide :\r\n On-Site Company Verification Check. To conduct this check, inspectors will visit the business or factory address . We will conduct an online background check, and other supplementary verification techniques and cross refrence the same.\r\n\r\nThe purpose of this verification is to ensure that the company is legitimate, and to prevent you from becoming a victim of fraud,, or loss. Once the process is complete, we will issue you with a Comprehensive Verification Report, which includes photos and videos of the supplier’s facilities, their production process, sample details, equipment and quality control processes.\r\n\r\nAlternatively, for big orders or when the risk is considerably higher, you may choose to conduct a Business Credit Report. This is a more detailed verification check which includes other important business, financial and social information about the company in question.\r\n\r\n Progress Check and quality inspection is carried out during the middle stages of production, when some, but not all products are complete and ready for shipping. \r\n\r\nThe inspection will be conducted of products randomly selected from the completed sections of your order, in order to check whether or not the manufacturer is keeping in line with your specifications, and to asses if production is on schedule.\r\n\r\n\r\n Pre-Shipment inspection and final quality check is an orderly, structured inspection of products selected randomly from all the various sections of your order. These inspections are usually conducted when theproduction of the product is around 80% completed. This provides you with the peace of mind and the opportunity to take appropriate action before production is finished and you make your final payments. \r\n\r\nAll inspections are done using the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. This procedure accounts for overall appearance, ,dimension, functionality, durability, and performance. More importantly, these inspections will be conducted according to your needs and specifications. We can even use your samples to compare the products to. Inspection certificates will be issued if required for Letters of Credit.\r\n\r\nThis includes container loading inspection to ensure that the material loaded is the same that was inspected by us and proper markers and identifiers have been placed as per client instruction.\r\n\r\n\r\n(B): Trade Agent Services: under this we provide the following services:\r\n\r\n1. Feasibility Study and Market Research: Once the client contacts us to represent a product in a foreign country, we will conduct an initial feasibility study to determine whether or not it is viable and profitable to import/export said product to the desired location. This process involves detailed domestic market research in order to investigate similar products, pricing, market shares as well as any barriers which may exist in the foreign markets.\r\n\r\nOther areas covered by our research include:\r\n\r\nLocal economic and socioeconomic factors , Physical conditions, Political and Legal conditions as well as \r\n\r\n2. Selling and Promoting Product: Once we are contracted as the sole agents for a particular product, our main function is to go aboutselling and promoting said product to the local market. EU has its own marketing department whose main duty is to contact local buyers, and make the product visible in the local market\r\n\r\n(C) Management Services: This is another useful on the ground service which could include a number of services such as running trade shows for you, creating sophisticated direct mailings, conducting educational seminars about your products, and training local employees on your behalf.\r\n(D) Engineering services: When technical products are involved, AEU can provide engineering and expert services to our clients when the clients own experts cannot be present. For specialised projects or needs AEU also provides a recruiting service, to find the correct person to meet your company’s needs.
