Firstly, a tyre is cut into three pieces i.e tyre sidewalls and one base using "tyre cutting machines" either se-tcm3-18 or se-tcm-os. Then the tyre sidewalls and the base are cut into strips using tyre strip cutting machine(se-tscm). Further, the strips obtained are cut into blocks of tyres using tyre block cutting machine(se-tbcm). While cutting the strips from tyre, the ring of the tyre is left behind as it has steel wire. The steel wire is separated from the rings using tyre bead wire separator machine(se-bdr).
