Introduction to Lamination We are manufacturing Electrical Laminations. Development of a vast range of designs followed, augmented with the usage of whole spectrum of electrical steel grades. Employing conventional three stage manufacturing practices for batch production by gang punching, notching / indexing and high-speed punching for serial production. Total solution in terms of stacked stators by various processes like cleating, riveting and welding. We are offering comprehensive lamination solutions. EIectrical Laminations are offered with various air - gap cuttings as per customer specification. Non-standard designs also are manufactured to meet customer requirements. Its product range finds applications in Generators, Alternators, AC / DC / Lift-duty Motors, Traction Motors, Submersibles Pump Motors, Domestic Pump Motors, Aeronautics, Automobiles, Current Transformers etc.

The use of copper for the conductor bars and end rings of induction motors in place of aluminum results in attractive improvements in motor energy efficiency. Until recently, die cast motor rotors were universally produced using aluminum because rotor fabrication by aluminum pressure die-casting was an established practice, and copper pressure die-casting was unproven. This section identifies and demonstrates design methods, manufacturing process parameters, and durable mold materials that have enabled economical production of die-cast copper motor rotors.We are manufacturing die cast rotors since the year 1980.
