The Combo Infrared Thermometer is two instruments in one compact unit - a digital infrared non-contact thermometer and a traditional probe thermometer with a foldaway penetration probe.
Simply aim the infrared thermometer at the target and press the measurement button to display the surface temperature. The default emissivity is 0.95 but can be changed from 0.01 to 1, if required.
Alternatively, to take liquid or semi-solid product temperatures, use the Combo's stainless steel penetration probe (Ø3.3 x 120 mm). The unit also features a lock function for continuous temperature measurement.
