We have veterinary feed additives like 3-nitro-4-hydroxy phenyl arsonic acid & halquinol. This feed additive is pale yellow to light brown in color. Usually it is odorless and slightly soluble in cold water. Our feed additive acquires higher degree of solubility in acetic acid, acetone, alkaline solution and in alcohol. It is sparingly soluble in dilute mineral and acid. Practically insoluble in ether and ethyl acetate, our feed additive have its ash content as 0.5 % to 0.75 %. Our feed additive is very well used as veterinary product and growth promoter for poultry.Appearance: Pale Yellow to light Brown fine powder. Odour: Practically odourless Solubility: Slightly solubile in cold water. It dissolves in boiling water in the ratio 1 to 30. Very soluble in Alcohol, Acetic Acid, Acetone & Alkaline solution sparingly soluble in dilute mineral acids practically insoluble in Ether and ethyl acetate. Solution: In one normal solution of Sodium Hydroxide, it is reasonably clear. Ash Content: 0.5% to 0.75% Free Arsenides: Negligible Assay: Minimum 97% (our regular supplies are more than 98% pure )Analysed by Volumetric Titration Analysis Arsenic Content: 27.5% TO 29% on dry basis. Moisture Content: Less than 1.0% Roxarsone is a Veterinary product, used as feed additive cum growth promoter for poultry (chickens), Pigries, Swiners, Turkeys etc. Our product is concentrate (98% up ) which is normally diluted to 5% premix, with neutral fine powder fillers (like Bentonite, Calcite etc.)
