We are offering truck loading system. usha manufacture hydraulic lifting table from 100 kg capacity upto 10,000 kg capacity having various sizes of platforms, alongwith options such as hand operated lifting, power operated lifting and transporting attachment. the following system can be used for loading materials into trucks depending on individual requirements. type -i: using usha hydraulics hydraulic single scisors platforms available in various capacities as required having a platform size of about 2 x 1 m & height upto 1600 mm. These can be mobile or stationary type. Models upto 1000 kgs can be offered with hand/power operation, however scissors of a higher capacity have to be power operated for lifting movement. type -ii: this is an ideal truck loading system; for both palletised loads or otherwise, wherein one man can load the entire truck load of palletised load. this system consists of a) a usha scissors platform stationary type either pit mounted or kept on the floor with a small ramp. This is placed in the area where the truck will be parked for loading. b) pallet trucks (for pallet loads) or simple 4 wheeled trolleys/stackers (for non-palletised loads). these are used for bringing the materials to the scissors platform. A manual stacker (upto 500 kgs) can be used where loads are to be stacked on each other.

These tables can be used for a variety of applications such as mezznine lifts press-in-feed (sheets, components etc), build up pallets, drum handling, assembly stations,die feeding ,handling paper rolls, work positioning, turntable, dock levellers, servicing electronic consoles & for lorry loading and unloading etc.

Is only available. another advantage of this kind of elevator is that all the four sides of the elevator floor can be kept open to facilitate loading operation from all four directions. we introduced hydraulically operated dock leveler which includes economically priced hydraulically dock leveler with manually operated lip and the deluxe model with hydraulically operated lip. in the standard design the dock has a travel of 300 mm above & 300 mm below horizontal level. The standard platform sizes are 2150 x 1800mm, 2150mm x 2100mm, 2750mm x 1800mm, 2750mm x 2100mm. usha self supporting dock leveler significantly improves your transport efficiency. It bridges the gap between loading platform & the different heights of lorries. A pit is made in loading dock in which dock leveler fits. Various loading capacities from 3 tons to 20 tons are available. dock leveler with 10 ton capacity can facilitate quick loading operations by allowing forklifts with materials to travel directly from loading platform into lorries / containers. the lifting operation is by single or double circuit 415 v ac hydraulic power pack fitted inside the leveler. The controls are by up/down push button pendant. while specifying dock leveler care should be taken regarding max gradient (slope) of the dock leveler. This should be suitable for the equipment e.g. hydraulic stacker which is to be used for loading operation. where gradients are not suitable too high, scissor type dock lifts will be more suitable.
