We are offering island bench. Island benches are manufactured with m. S. Frames, crca sheets & erw tube sections duly powder coated. The table top is made of 18 to 20mm thk granite which resists heat, water, most chemicals and corrosion. Partitions of the shelf make the equipment and tools easy to display. Meanwhile, the laboratory table leads the convenience for people both side to get things on the shelf. The modules are so designed that they can be fitted either to the pedestal system or the flexible system with considerable ease. Inspection Table is a table / equipment consisting of three track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement. For visual inspection, alternate black & white background are provided. The table is designed for visual inspection of filled & sealed bottles before the same are passed on for labeling operation. Uses: – To detect particulate matter or contaminant matter in liquid – To inspect filled & sealed bottles   Operation / Working: Capped bottles enter on the SS Slat central conveyor belt from the capping machine. This bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on the either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After the inspection, the OK bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling or for further packaging. Working Table comprising of four drawer modules and one shutter module. The table top has work surface of any selected material from our standard Table Tops. The shutter of the module has specially designed hinges and with a locking arrangement. The drawer runs smoothly on rolling bearing.
