VOLOUME BOOSTER is a high volume amplifier used to increase the operating speed of the actuator, preventing the time lags, in the systems where controller & the control valve are separated by extremely long piping runs. VOLOUME BOOSTER receives the low volume signal from the controller & transmits from an auxiliary supply a high volume signal to the control valve actuator. VOLOUME BOOSTER is specially recommended for the use with large capacity diaphragm actuator.

The V–Notch Ball Valve gives non-clogging, high capacity, straight through flow control of fluids containing pulp and paper stock or slurries and fluids containing suspended solids or fibrous materials. V-Notch Ball Valve is quarter turn valve with a segment Ball. The V-Ball create a wedging and shearing effect prevent the dragging of stock or slurry between the ball and its seal. The Diaphragm Valve is essentially a simple pinch clamp, closed by pressing a flexible diaphragm against transverse weir, when fully closed, the diaphragm seats against the weir providing a leak tight closure. The diaphragm valves are recommended for handling sticky and viscous fluids, slurries and highly corrosive and hazardous substances and other hard to handle mediums or where tight closure is prime factor. The evolutionary series 800 Desuperheater i.e. Varitrol variable spray nozzles unit can be used in many applications to efficiently reduce the superheated steam or other vapours to temperature approaching saturation. The superheated vapour is passed through a section of pipe into which is fitted a spray nozzle that produces dispersed droplets from a supply of pressurized condensate. These finely atomized particles promote almost immediate evaporation. The required heat being absorbed from the superheated vapour, thus reducing the temperature.

Air Lock is used when it is required to automatically hold the air pressure in diaphragm chamber of the actuator, on the same level in an event of failure of air supply. When supply pressure drops below a preset value, the Air Lock Relay locks the air pressure in the diaphragm chamber of the actuator thereby holding the inner valve in one position, till the air supply is resumed.
