Tungsten Carbide knives for the paper industry, including top & bottom slitter knives, sheeter knives, trimmers and guillotine knives. These knives are highly wear resistant and have a longer life than those made with other steel grades. TC grade knives offer high precision paper cutting, high productivity and minimum material loss during regrinding, hence increasing the lifetime of knives by 15 to 20 times as compared to standard steel grades. We also offer the option of cryogenic treated knives, the material of which is processed in ultra low temperatures to enhance their metallurgical properties and to increase the tools’ performance by converting soft retained austenite into stable abrasion resistant martensite.
