Our Organic Totapuri mango Dices IQF is made from select, well matured Organic Totapuri Mangoes. The mango is naturally ripened before it brought into the processing line for IQF production.Minerals such as calcium, iron, and phosphorus can be found in dried mangoes. With additional process of blanching, dried mango can retain the content of its carotenoids and vitamin C.
