We are manufacturing safe load indicator for EOT,GANTRY crane and INDUSTRIAL crane also, its fully PLC & HMI based system. Its designed user friendly and fitted easy to all brand cranes Safe Load Indicators (SLI) are designed for safe loading operation of EOT GANTRY cranes. During the operation of a crane without SLI, the operator & signalman to manually estimate approx weight of the load to be lifted and radius at which the load is to be handled. Most of the time these rough estimations result in handling issues or crane can be put into very high risk of over loading. To manage these issues, cranes are equipped with SLI system which monitors the lifted load in closed loop control and restrict the hoist movement beyond the limits thereby safe operation of crane can be assured even if the operator makes wrong assumption. The SLI prevents the crane from over loading at any point according to the OEM load chart and warns (audio & visual) the operator when 80% of rated load achieved at the max load. Also the operation speed is brought to slow speed automatically. When the load saturation (100%) reached at the max load then SLI stops further operation of crane in unsafe directions with audio and visual display current load indications.
