our history at k m minerals, we have a long working experience in this industry since the year 1991. our involvement in this industry started with the organization, saibaba mineral industries, which was set up as an equal partnership firm of 2 parties(our promoters being one of the parties), entered into partnership on 1st april 1991! helped with the innovativeness and hardwork of it's partners, this organization thrived in soaps and detergent market of western india, in it's heydays. changing scenario of the industry made it compulsory to take a fresh look at how small scale organizations must perform so as to remain competitive and profit-making; as a result our promoters decided to break away from the partnership and start afresh. on 1st september 2010 our promoter officially retired from the post of an equal partner in saibaba mineral industries. today we are spearheading our own initiatives which are currently servicing the market in the name of following companies: k m minerals & keshav madhav mineral industries. our products. we manufacture & sell: pure talc powder, soapstone powder, calcite powder, dolomite powder, china clay powder, quartz & silica sand powder k m values & quality commitment. at k m minerals, we believe that we are in the business of creating relationships rather than transactions; being a small firms helps us avoid the pressures that big enterprises face, pressures like achieving profitability and return on investment. it is not that we don't want to be profitable, we certainly do, but what we don't want is for that profitability to come at the cost of sacrificing human values, like: responsibility, quality, innovation & satisfaction. we firmly believe that only by operating on these core values can we achieve success that humans can relate to! our infrastructure. -production & processing: our production assembly includes machines capable of performing various processing functions.typically our materials go through stages like sorting or washing, crushing/pulverizing, blending, mechanized machine loading, dry grinding, classification and finally packaging. we have various machines to perform these functions, like crushers, vibrators, elevator loaders, micronising hammer mills and classifying cyclones. -warehousing & storage space: we command well over 10000 square feet of covered storage space which gives us an ability to store about 1000 metric tons of finished products. similarly for storage and processing of the raw material, we have about 15000 square feet of covered as well an open storage area, right in the middle of the bustling city of udaipur. this gives us an ability to keep our manufacturing process running uninterrupted. -product packaging: we use high strength hdpe/pp and paper bags of varying volume sizes. we are also able to provide double bagging packages for our products. the bags are sewed using an industrial strength sewing machine. the sewing machine is capable of using varying sewing media, like cotton fiber or polypropylene multi-filament yarns and can provide either a single line sewing or a double line sewing protection. for export orders or containerization; we have the capability to create pallet stacks that conform to iso sanctioned dimensions. we are also able to wrap the pallet stacks with lldpe stretch film, for additional security. -security: we take the security of our personnel and premises very seriously. for the same reason, we have built a security office near the entrance gate of the plant, and at all times during any day, there is always a security person available on the premises. the movement of personnel and material, either in or out of the company gates, is recorded without fail at the security office. -suppliers: being part of this industry since 1991, has helped us enjoy well established contacts with a number of suppliers, for securing raw materials according to our needs. our mineral crude is sourced only from environmentally sustainable deposits. -logistics support: our logistics support system is expansive and helps us deliver our products to all corners of india as well as to all shipping ports connected to international shipping lanes in india. to support our logistics, we have established another nodal office in the city of pune, which helps us service domestic clients based in maharashtra and international clients who maintain a footprint in the city of mumbai.Our products are useful in following industries: Paints & Coatings, Plastics & PVC industry, Soaps & Detergents, Rubber & Ceramic industry, Paper industry, Food & Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetic products
