We are one of the premier plastic injection molding manufacturers in India for years. Our two plants contain over 10 state-of-the-art plastic injection molding machines that run 24 hours a day, Highly automated, they are overseen by an expert, dedicated staff of professionals who carefully evaluate the condition of equipment to ensure state-of-the-art performance. Each machine is microprocessor-controlled, with clamping force from 110 to 200 tons (Cincinnati Milacron). Quality control checks of product tolerances, color and physical appearance are made at every step of manufacture.

Copper flexible connector assemblies are manufactured as per customer drawings and specifications. Terminals at both ends are of copper tube & are pressed under high pressure on to the braid without changing braid design. This provides maximum conductivity with minimum voltage drop, and without losing the flexibility in the braid. We can provide connectors with insulation as required by customers.

We are offering copper bars & copper sections copper bars find wide application in electrical, switchgear, transformer & various other industries. Bus bars are supplied as per the customer’s specifications. We can supply copper bars with following specifications: thickness maximum: - 25 mm thickness minimum: - 3 mm width maximum: - 100 mm width minimum: - 8 mm length as per customer specification. Copper sections & profiles copper sections & profiles are supplied as per the specifications by the customer. Sections & profiles are supplied with hot & cold drawn process, which finds wide application in switchgear & transformer industries.

Aluminum Bus Bars are supplied as per the specifications by the customer. Aluminum bus bars are supplied to various electrical industries. We can supply these bus bars with or without insulation as required by the customer.
