This is a Screenless Pulverizer for very fine grinding of powders from 100 to 300mesh .The material is fed in the center between the rotating tips and stationary serrated C shaped liners, grinding takes place.The grinded powder is sucked in to the sides of rotating Rotor through a gap plate which can be set from .5mm to 3mm. Through a built in blower the grinded powder is discharged downwards which can be collected manually if the System is Gravity type or it is pneumatically conveyed through a Blower into a Cyclone system. Used for grinding sugar, tobacco snuff, chemicals dyes, minerals etc.

Application is mechanical conveying of powders in a U trough or pipe design by a flight screws that horizontally convey the powders , it is meant to convey nonabrasive non friable powders only.  Can Offer Horizontal as well as Inclined Screw Conveyors. Can offer from 100kgs to 10,000kgs/hr conveying Screw diameter -Range from 100mm to 600mm. Length upto 10 meters long.

These are generally used at the outlet of the Cyclone at the end of the Pneumatic Conveying system to only allow the material to pass through and lock the air coming out from the cyclone. They help to collect the material uniformly into a bag at the discharge end.It can be also used to at the Infeed point of any Screening/Grinding Machine to uniformly feed the machine at a preset rate.  Available in Diameter ranging from 150mm to 750mm Can offer from 100 kgs to 10,000 kgs/hr feed rate Can offer in Totally SS as well as Mild Steel

It is used for grinding Cereals, Spices, Chemicals, Minerals and many other applications. The Grinding chamber consists of the top half serated liner and at the bottom is fitted with a detachable perforated screen. At the centre  there is rotating rotor, which are fitted with either fixed or swinging hammers.The rotor rotates between 2000 and 4000 rpm depending upon the grinding equipment model selected. After the powder is grinded it can be collected by gravity or pneumatically conveyed by blower which pushes the material into a Cyclone. From the cyclone the super fines pass into a dust collector and the grinded powder is discharged from the cyclone.

Vibrating Feeders are for feeding down stream grinding machine at a steady preset feed rate .It works on the principle of electromagnetic vibrations whose intensity can be increased or decreased to vary fast or slow feed rate of granules to the Grinding machine.It works on single phase power with variator to vary speed / flow rate of material on the vibrating pipe or tray .Capacity is from 100kgs to 5000kgs/hr.  

Tumbling Machine catalogue:It is a unique simulation of hand screening by the eye. The mechanical simulation is achieved by the Tumbler screening machine which works on the principle of gyratory motion which enhances the horizontal motion of the plain sifter. The eccentricity speed can be varied to vary the residence time of the powder to be screened.The three dimensional tumbling motion distributes the screening material over the entire surface of the screen. Gentle low frequency and high amplitude movement increases the screening efficiency without screen blinding. Ordinary motors are being used with pulleys to generate tumbling motion. FINEX S.R RANGE OF ROTARY SIFTERS Work on Air Turbulence principal .It is a non Vibrating Rotary Design.The screw feed impellor conveys the infeed material to the stationary screen basket on which is fitted the screen .Teflon blades or soft nylon brushes are fitted on the rotating Impellor that keeps the screen basket clean. Impellor is driven by Direct drive or pulley drive. The Finex Pin Pelletizer Mixer is a high-speed mixer, agglomerate  that conditions  and micro-pelletizes by converting the fine powders  into small agglomerates through the action of a high speed rotor shaft with  pin assembly in a MACHINED STATIONARY CASING . The Pelletizer produces spherical micro-pellets, granules  by combining the dry feed with a liquid binder/water mixture.  Pellets are formed when the dry feed particles are dispersed by the rotor in the first section of the chamber that comes  in contact with fine sprays  of binder solution or water. The high-speed rotation of the rotor  with atomizing of  spray, coats individual powder particles with the binder  that pelletizes the particles into roundish spherical granules. The Pelletizer  speed can be  varied from 100 to 750 RPM. The gap between the Rotating Rotor and casing  can also be varied from 3mm to 6mm . Accordingly the pellets size dia will be determined.Powder is fed from the top at 12 o clock position and Pellets of proper sizes as set will discharge from the bottom chute at 6 o clock position.

PINMILL Pin Mill is used for Grinding of powders which are basically heat sensitive in nature and where fineness is required from 100-300 mesh. It is specially designed to grind chemicals where multi mill has limitations of grinding powders uptil only 60 mesh. Finex Pin Mill can grind powders till 300 mesh. Finex offers Cryogenic Grinding plants which is continually cooled with liquid nitrogen from the integrated cooling system before and during the grinding process.Thus the sample is embrittled and volatile components are preserved. The liquid nitrogen circulates through the system and is continually replenished from an Autofill system in the exact amount which is required to keep the temperature at -196 °C. Powerful impact ball milling results in a perfect grinding efficiency. The Autofill system avoids direct contact with LN2 and makes the operation very safe.

This is a vibrating circular inline screening machine in which material is fed from the top in a non vibrating hopper plate .Bags with powders are dumped into the machine .Screened powders are discharged from below which is inline vertically downwards . The screened powders can be fed to the packing machine . Specially used for removal of impurities from powders before packing machines. Capacity offered is from 100kgs to 5000kgs/hr . This is a Screenless Pulverizer for fine grinding of chemicals, The Grinding chamber consists of top and bottom serrated liners. In the center is the Rotor with swinging hammers with two bearing housings on both sides with leak proof sealing arrangements . The Grinding chamber is connected to a Built in Blower by a Cone Design .On the rotor shaft between the cone is a whizzer that permits gap adjustment from 1mm to 20 mm between rotating arms and stationary Cone.Only the grinded powder gets sucked in to the Built in blower on the same shaft which positively pneumatically transfers the grinded powder through a pipeline to the Cyclone and PJDC Dust Collector is connected with an External Exhaust Centrifugal Blower that helps in conveying the powder and also in discharging clean air to atmosphere.
