The feed hopper with control gate regulates feed as required and ensures uniform distribution of material across width of screener. Screen basket mounted four springs stations designed for maximum isolation of vibrations to base frame. Amplitude of vibrations easily adjustable to meet with separations needs. PRE SCALP UNIT is equipped with a short screen, somewhat coarser than the “top” scalp screen in the machine. This makes for scalping of the large over-size objects before the product enters the Screen. PRE-ASPIRATOR is used to remove hulls or dust and other light contaminants before the product enters the Screener, thus making the product more flow able at the start of the screening operation. POST ASPIRATOR is used when the finished product is to be the “plus” of the screen. This product is then discharged through the aspirator which removes dust or other light contaminants. This is high capacity cylindrical screen separator used for initial rough cleaning /scalping of seeds and grains. It is best suited as pre cleaner to remove jutes, sticks and bulky oversize impurities as well as fines from seeds before storage. The rotary drum separator is provided with three .four or five cylinders sections to suit sift /scalp operations. Simple to operate and maintain .Sieve anticlog device ensures efficient cleaning. A special drum sieve also can be supplied for grading products.
