THERMAL RECOVERY PACKAGE SYSTEM- is a turnkey solution designed and manufactured by IndoAnushka for heat recovery and condensate handling for any plant. Description: IA make MUTINY is a STEAM OPERATED CONDENSATE PUMP. Simple in construction and operated by steam, these are highly economical and energy efficient pumps for pumping of hot condensate practically at 100° C. The pump is available as a complete package with condensate collection tank, interconnecting piping with strainer, isolating valve, disc check NRV at inlet and disc check valve at outlet. It is also provided with the motive steam inlet connections complete with isolating valve, steam trap and piping. Condensate inlet to tanks and the condensate outlet of the pump are provided with flanged connections. Available Sizes : 25NB, 40NB, 50NB and 80 x 50NB. 

Traditionally a sparge pipe is used whenever steam is required to be directly purged into a process fluid for heating. This process fluid may be water for hot water generation or any other chemicals, dyes, etc. This gives rise to two kinds of challenges. 1. High noise due to vibration as steam comes out from a number of small holes and at a high velocity. 2. As steam comes out at high velocities, a sizable percentage of this steam actually escapes and gets wasted without condensing and mixing with the process fluid. THERMOJECT - The Indoanushka make steam injector is an apt substitute for such sparge pipes.
The THERMOJECT is a venturi type nozzle provided inside a concentric cylindrical housing with elliptical slots in the low pressure zone. When steam flows out at a high velocity through his convergent divergent nozzle, a differential pressure is created in the low pressure zone above the nozzle due to displacement of fluid by the steam velocity.
As a result fresh cold process fluid is sucked in through the pre-designed slots and this gets mixed with the steam inside the mixing chamber provided in the injector housing. As a result what flows out of the injector is hot fluid and there is no scope of steam escaping without condensing.
Also as the injector remains dipped inside the water, the water body itself acts as a silencer by hindering the flow of the high velocity steam coming out of the nozzle. This results into negligible or no sound during the mixing process. in the process industry double window sight glass are used as an accessory in the pipeline or inlet or outlet of equipments to view the process or utility fluid flow. Traditional double window sight glasses have the glass fitted between two flanges. This results into breakage during fitting or reduced life due to thermal expansion on an already stressed glass. Also in the traditional way of holding the glass, the process fluid leaks out to atmosphere on the instant of the inside gasket failure. Due to these reasons the failure rate of traditional double window sight glasses remain very high and does not serve as a efficient tool for monitoring flow. traditional double window sight glasses have the glass fitted between two flanges. Due to the inherent principle of tightening of flanges (opposite bolts are tightened one after the other), the glass by default remains stressed by unbalanced tightening torque from the fitting stage itself. This results into breakage during fitting or reduced life due to thermal expansion on an already stressed glass. In the traditional double window sight glass, both the soft gaskets on both sides of the glass remains exposed to atmosphere resulting into the process fluid leaking out to atmosphere on the instant of the inside gasket failure. Glass gets dirty due to settling of dirt particles from inside and therefore after a limited time flow becomes unvisible. multiview has the glass housed in a specially designed “anti torque cap nut housing wherein the tightening is obtained by threading on the cap onto the nut and therefore the glass gets uniformly and gradually tightened resulting into negligible or no prestresses and a life long no glass breaking arrangement. In multiview the inside gasket for the glass soft seating has no scope of getting exposed to atmosphere. Therefore even in situations of the gasket disintegrating it casts itself inside the housing thereby it results into a lifelong leak free situation. Multiview can be provided with clear view (visible diameter of the glass) of equal to or more than the size of the double window sight glass therefore enabling the user to have as much a large view he requires. The deflector plates provided inside the multiview helps to create a vortex in the flow taking place inside the multivew. This helps in viewing the flow even under full bore flow conditions without any moving parts and also self cleans the glass from inside to provide a life long clear view  

Indoanushka make MAINTENO is a Y / T - Type Strainer technically designed to specially enable cleaning of the strainer online without the necessity of any opening up and shutdown. Designed based on the principles & laws of fluid dynamics, it enables cleaning of the strainer online by forced flushing and natural backflushing by just an operation of a blow down valve & no instrumentation involved. Strainers traditionally available in the market, Y-type / T-type (basket strainers also in T type) are installed before equipments on supply lines of fluid, gas, steam, etc. and are used for removing (straining) solid particles from the fluid. All strainers gradually get choked due to the straining of the solid particles and collection of the same inside or before the screen All traditional strainers (Y-type, T-type including basket type) are then required to be isolated, opened and cleaned. Choking of these strainers, which is a repeatable and ongoing process, therefore involves shutdown, investment of time or investment in duplex strainers or losses by opening of bypasses. Stand Alone Features The unique feature of flow from inside to outside the screen cylinder helps to collect the solid particles. blowdown the collected solid particles with the help of the flow itself. Flushing and back flushing takes place in one stroke itself. The ratios of screening area to flow area is 2 to 4 which is as per international standards. DESCRIPTION : Indo Anushka “NITROPURGE” is an innovative solution for the injection of gas for blanketing in chemical containers. The set consists of an injecting valve assembly for injecting the gas to be used for blanketing and a gauge assembly for monitoring the amount of gas injected based on pressure. The injecting valve is provided with an inbuilt non return valve arrangement for preventing the gas from escaping after blanketing.  SALIENT FEATURES

DESCRIPTION : LIFT'O’TILT is a pneumatic cylinder actuated equipment for lifting and lowering any apparatus for any specified height and simultaneously tilt it to the required angle at the bottom of the stroke with the help of specially designed cam guide. CAPACITY :- This equipment is designed to handle glass vessels of various capacities like 5kl, 10kl, 20kl…. in kilo labs but can be designed to handle any apparatus for different applications by modifying its structure support and pneumatic capacities. The system can also be designed as per the available air pressure connection with the user. Modifications in the system can be made for different profiles of lifts, angles of tilts and sequencing of lifting and tilting. CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION: The main structure of the "LIFT‘O’TILT" consists of the cam guide mechanism with vertically installed pneumatic cylinders and control inter-connections supported by totally enclosed boxed type structure on both sides of the apparatus to be lifted. Description: The Indoanushka make Ball Float Steam Trap Module is designed as a complete steam trapping solution for draining of condensate from any kind of process vessels. The module consists of a standard ball float type steam trap for continuous discharge of condensate, fitted with a Y-type strainer with inbuilt blowdown valve before the trap and a double window sight glass with cap nut arrangement after the trap. All assembled and factory fitted with flanged ends. The strainer (MAINTENO) with blowdown valve – a prerequisite for the float trap helps you to have a choke free operation of the steam trap and simultaneously clean the online strainer without shutdowns. The double window sight glass (MULTIVIEW) fitted after the strainer helps you to monitor the functioning of the steam trap by helping you to see the discharge of the trap. DESCRIPTION : indo_ANUSHKA make BULK DENSITY APPARATUS is a simple pneumatically operated apparatus for laboratory use for bulk density measurement. Designed to cost economical, it is provided with an arrangement to hold two cylindrical beakers of holding capacity upto 1.5 ltr volume each, mounted on a floating plate which is subjected to vibrations. It is provided with timer facility to time the vibrations and a frequency modulating knob to change the intensity of vibration if required.  INSTALLATION AND OPERATION: The B.D. apparatus is to be supplied with a normal 240V, 50Hz, AC supply and 5kg/cm2 to 7kg/cm2 air supply.
