Precautions
Rotate the external spindle only in the direction indicated by the arrow. Horizontal models of Tool Post Grinders are required to be mounted between job / work piece and operator. Vertical modesl of Tool Post Grinders can be mounted beyond the job / work piece.

The keyway milling attachment can be used to mill keyways on shafts mounted between centers on a lathe. The Attachment is mounted on the lathe tool post and the end mill on the ¾" Drill Chuck. The attachment is supplied without electric motor. The Motor Pulley and the Spindle pulley are supplied along with the attachment.
This attachment can also be used to mill or drill holes or slots on jobs mounted on a lathe chuck keeping the lathe chuck stationary.

Wipe off the anti rust oil applied on both the Keyless Drill Female Taper & Drill Chuck Arbout Male Taper with MTO or Kerosene before assembling them together. Do not hammer or use press machine to lock the Drill Chuck Arbout & Keyless Chuck. This would distort the Chuck beyond repair.
Heavy Duty Model specially designed for use on VMC/CNC. It is more accurate compared to the standard model.
For right hand rotation application only.
Supplementary Gripping Torque can be applied with the spanner which increases the gripping torque by up to 3 times
