Polyurethane with high abrasion resistance, mechanically locked over a polypropylene core, forms a PU-PP wheel. PU-PP wheels are manufactured by injection moulding process.
The load carrying capacity as well as life of wheel is much more than that of SRT wheel. PU wheels have good shock absorption capacity & very low noise level.
In case of PU-PP wheel 100 x 32 & 125 x 32, width of boss of wheel is 38 mm for LD & LD-X series & 45 mm for MD series.
In case of PU-PP wheels 100 x 40, width of boss is 45 mm for MD Castors with mounting plate c/c distance 80 x 60 mm and width of boss is 50 mm for MD Castors with mounting plate c/c distance 120 x 60 mm.
