The wet material is kept in product container, the perforated plate at the bottom works as air distributor & have fine wire mesh which retains the product in the container. The blower mounted on the top of the FBD will create induced draft and air is sucked into the unit which will pass through 5 micron Air Filter 7 will get heated through steam or electrical heating element. This hot air passes through the product is obtained and hence the product moves up & down in the product container which is called fluidsation. Due to this the heat transfer is very quick and product is dried very fast. The mositure from product is carried away by the air through filter bag. Filter bag prevents the particles escaping from the dryer.
