Polyester or polypropylene woven fabrics and non-woven fabrics are common and widely used form of geotextiles and are commonly known as pp non-woven geotextile or pp woven geotextile. Geotextile swaps or condenses the requirement to utilize natural construction materials imparting economic and environmental benefits. We offer a range of high strength woven geotextiles with gsm ranging from 100 to 200 and widths upto 5.2 mtrs to gratify various end user applications. We are offering cross corner bag. Cross corner loop bag has loops stitched on the body of the main fabric. These types of fibcs are prepared when retaining the shape of the lifting loop becomes important. This type of fibc design is especially popular for tubular fibcs.

We are offering conical bag. A conical bag is shaped as a cone at the bottom. These types of fibcs are especially suitable to pack tacky products which are not so free flowing eg. Clay, slurries etc. The conical design provides a gradient for these materials to 'flow' towards the outlet spout.

We are offering liners. The liners at shankar are produced from virgin pe polymers (ldpe and high molecular hdpe). Extrusion equipments incorporating the latest developments in the liner extrusion technology ensure minimum variation in the wall thickness across the surface area and a high degree of clarity. The standard production procedure is to use food approved polymers. The liner manufacturing programme at shankar offers sufficient flexibility in length, width, thickness and designs to incorporate a wide range of possibilities. Liners can be sewn or glued with the outer bag. Coloured liners, co extruded liners, conductive liners, antistatic liners can be produced on request.
