We are offering gross bagging machine. Techno weigh systems bag filling machine is designed for automatic filling of material in open mouth bags. In gross filling machines material is weighed directly in the bag. The machine uses the microcomputer technology combined with load cell technology to provide comprehensive and flexible control. Depending upon the flow characteristics of the material gravity feeder, screw feeder, vibrator feeder or belt feeders are used for feeding material from the surge hopper to the weigh hopper.

Dust collection points are provided at the weigh hopper and bagging chute for dust free operation. the weigh hopper is of enclosed design for dust free operation. All relevant data for optimizing bagging cycle can be set through the controller. Precision control is provided with auto taring, auto inflight adjustment, auto fine feed quantity.

We are offering automatic bagging machine. Techno weigh have designed and developed fully indigenous bag placer to meet the variety of materials and sizes of open mouth bags .bag placer provides automatic handling of open-mouthed bag by placing them on the bag holder of an associated weighing and filling device. The bag holders release the filled bags onto the bag conveyor but the sack aligner retains control of the open mouth of the bags during its transfer to the automatic bag closing machine. The sack aligner stretches the mouth of the bag so as to give a smooth entry into the bag closure infeed device

We are offering bagging weigher. Bagging weighers are used for filling preset weight of material in bags. Techno weigh systems manufactures both net and gross type bagging machines for open mouth bags. In net type bagging machine material is first sent to a weigh hopper mounted on loadcells and then discharged to bag. In gross type machines material is directly feed and weighed in the bag.
