The offered range of wire machinery is made utilizing high grade raw material and highly advanced technology in complete adherence with the international quality norms.       MACHINE TYPE : Heavy duty Rigid Fork / Cradle and Planetary Type CAGES : 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 CONFIGURATION : 7/19/37/54/61/91 or as per customer’s requirement BOBBIN SIZE : 630mm / 500mm DIN Standard or as per customer’s requirement CAGE RPM : 60 to 275 rpm. BOBBIN HOLDING: Shaftless by Pintles – H Type CAGE DIRECTION :Clock wise, anti clockwise, opposite to each other & same direction by lever operated enclosed gear boxes or electrically by PLC and HMI. MACHINE BRAKE :All cage will have pneumatic operated disc brake with solenoid valve & air regulator. DIE HOLDER :Separate die holders (Heavy Duty) for individual cages adjustable type with hand wheel and split type easy operation with hinges. SECTOR SHAPING UNITS : Sector Shaping Heads are Provided in-front of Cages. The Heads are mounted on a single table along with die holder head. (Roller Size Dimensions as per requirement of client.) COUNTER METER : To measure the length by 1 mtr. Circumference counter wheel with Mechanical Counter as well as Electronics Counter through pulses from Digital Proximity Sensors. CAPSTAN : Ø 1000 mm to 3000 mm, 5 & 6 grooved dual capstan, Driven by Bull Gear and Pinion assembly and by suitable gear box. The Capstan wheels are mounted on heavy duty fabricated plumber blocks and suitable spherical roller bearings TRAVERSE: Trolley driven by square threded screw which is coupled with AC geared motor & driven by AC VFD to get infinite variable pitch. TAKE UP (Column / Portal Type) : Suitable to use 1600mm – 4500mm flange dia. Reels.

BOW : In variant of 1 + 6 X 630, 1 + 4 X 800, 1000, 1250, 1600. CRADLE : Fabricated from MS, floating type balanced cradles are provided to hold the bobbins. MACHINE BRAKE : All rotating machines will have pneumatic operated disc brake with solenoid valve & air regulator. DIE HOLDER : Suitable die box with adjustable distance is provided. COUNTER METER : To measure the length by 1 mtr. Circumference counter wheel with Mechanical Counter as well as Electronics Counter through pulses from Digital Proximity Sensors. CAPSTAN : Dual grooved capstan 800mm to 1500mm as per requirement are provided. LAY : Lay are set through PLC and HMI in infinity combinations digitally. TRAVERSE: Trolley driven by square threaded screw which is coupled with AC geared motor & driven by AC VFD to get infinite variable pitch. TAKE UP : Portal type self traversing Take Up 1600mm to 2000mm as per requirement is provided.

PAY OFF : Heavy duty Rigid Cradle, Fork Type, Size 1000mm to 3200mm SECTOR CORRECTION UNIT : Suitable sector correction stand with rollers. ROTATING DIE HOLDER : This unit consists of two dies, one is fixed and 2nd one is movable to and fro, by hand wheel operation brought to the correct forming. Die holder rotation is the same as take up rotation and also driven by gearbox and 3 HP AC Motor. BINDER : Concentric Binder is provided.

PAY OFF : Heavy duty Rigid Cradle, Fork Type, Size 1000mm to 3200mm SECTOR CORRECTION UNIT : Suitable sector correction stand with rollers. ROTATING DIE HOLDER : This unit consists of two dies, one is fixed and 2nd one is movable to and fro, by hand wheel operation brought to the correct forming. Die holder rotation is the same as take up rotation and also driven by gearbox and 3 HP AC Motor. BINDER : Concentric Binder is provided. TANGENTIAL TAPPING HEAD : Tangential tapping head with 2 pads provided to bind the laid up cable. ROTATING CATERPILLAR : Rotating CaterPillar with gripping length 800mm to 3000mm provided.
