Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface should be absolutely dry, moisture and oil free before application. Previously painted surfaces should be properly stripped of old paint . Rusted surfaces to be cleaned thoroughly before application. Before application of primer scuff with 100 no type’s emery paper for proper bonding and performance. Application Method: Stir the material thoroughly before use . Add thinner if required . Apply uniformly By Brush/By Conventional spray. Apply Primer first and follow it up with Enamel painting. Apply stoving schedule as per product TDS for curing.
