It is a open tank with a Perforated plate fitted inside having filter cloth as filter media. Perforated plate is having a suitable perforation to pass the filtrate. The slurry is fed into the filter vessel and separation of mother liquor from the slurry. Cake will form on perforated plate, which can be removed manually. If required, cleaning and washing of the filter nutsche can be done easily before starting a new batch. The Filters Nutsche can be offered up to operating vacuum of 720mm of Hg. The filter nutsche is very frequently used in Process plants industries.

We undertake forming of dished ends in carbon steel and stainless steel. Thickness of plate is from 4mm up to 50mm thickness and maximum diameter for one piece forming up to 5000 mm diameter.Dished ends are formed with minimum thinning at the knuckle. Many of our dished ends have under gone stringent quality inspection for surface finish and thinning allowance check.In the adjoining photograph, you can see our huge hydraulic press forming a thick plate. And in the next photograph, you can see a huge dish in crown and petal design. This is a 6000 mm diameter 2:1 ellipsoidal dish formed and tack welded for inspection. Similarly, larger diameter dished ends in 2:1 ellipsoidal dish or hemispherical dish can be formed.Apart from regular dished ends and ellipsoidal dished ends, we also undertake heavy steel structure bending and related work like straightening of plates in higher thickness up to 150mm.
