Premium Export Quality 5kg Cocopeat Bricks, a 100% organic, biodegradable growing medium derived from the pith of coconut husks (Cocos nucifera). The product is washed, dried, and hydraulically compressed into dense 5kg (±0.3kg) blocks that expand significantly upon hydration. When reconstituted with water, a single brick yields a high volume of 70 to 75 liters of fluffy, aerated cocopeat. The texture is uniform and fine, with a low fiber content (less than 10%) and free from impurities such as sand, stones, weed seeds, pathogens, or animal residue.
Chemically, the product is processed to "Low EC" (Electrical Conductivity) standards, crucial for sensitive agricultural applications. The EC is strictly maintained below 0.5 mS/cm (1:1.5 dilution method), ensuring low salinity suitable for seed germination and hydroponics. The pH ranges from 5.5 to 6.8, providing an ideal neutral-to-slightly-acidic environment for nutrient uptake.
